Each stage of this journey offers you unique discoveries: from green valleys to picturesque Berber villages, passing by Ifni Lake, the only natural lake in the Toubkal massif. The ascent of the emblematic Toubkal summit at 4167 meters is the highlight of this adventure, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the valleys below. Our experienced team, including local guides and muleteers, will ensure your comfort throughout the journey.
You will enjoy meals prepared by a local cook, camping accommodation and full transport to and from Marrakech.

Tour Plan

Day 1 Marrakech - Imlil - Tacheddirt

Depart Marrakech after breakfast for Imlil via Asni. Imlil is the lively starting point for hikers. Meet the team of muleteers and start your trek to Tacheddirt, passing through the Tizi N'Tamatert pass (2279m) and the village of Ouaneskra. Set up camp near the river at Tacheddirt (3000m).

Day 2 Tacheddirt - Azib Likemt

Cross the valley, climbing slowly towards the Tizi Likemt pass (3555m). Then descend towards the village of Azib Likemt for the night camp.

Day 3 Azib Likemt - Tizi N'Ououraine Amsouzert

A relatively easy day takes you through different landscapes to the Tizi N'Ououraine pass (3120m) with views of the Toubkal massif. Night in Amsouzert, an authentic Berber village.

Day 4 Amsouzert - Lac d'Ifni

Explore small villages en route to Lake Ifni, a spectacular natural site surrounded by towering mountains. Relaxing afternoon by the lake before camping for the night.

Day 5 Ifni Lake - Toubkal Refuge

The most demanding day: ascent to the Tizi n'Ouanoums pass (3664m) and descent to the Nelter Refuge, where you will spend the night.

Day 6 Refuge - Toubkal Summit - Imlil

Early departure for the final ascent to the summit of Toubkal. Descent to Imlil via Sidi Chamharouch and Aremd, then transfer to Marrakech

Day 7 Back to Marrakec

After breakfast, return to Marrakech via the village of Aroumd. Enjoy stunning views of the peaks of the Western High Atlas along the way.
